Kristina is a Southern California girl through and through. She grew up in a small town outside of Los Angeles and went to school at California Lutheran University, where she studied business and marketing. After graduation, she began to look for real-world experience in her field. She entered the management training program, where she developed many skills including emotional intelligence, organization, problem-solving, and public speaking. She was quickly promoted as a Director of Operations and moved into the Sacramento area to open a new market. With the demand to grow their services to the East Coast, Kristina expanded her clients and her company to the Washington, DC area, and after 2 years, she made the decision to further broaden her portfolio, take on clients in the financial industry, and move to Orlando. Based on her experience as a business owner, Kristina believes that life always comes down to two choices: suffer the pain of discipline or suffer the pain of regret.
